TIAW Association Silver-level member, Women in Logistics & Delivery Services (WILDS) is a nonprofit organization created to promote women's leadership in the postal and delivery industries. The organization provides networking, mentoring and training opportunities to address issues that women in these industries regularly face. Postal Regulatory Chairman Ruth Goldway and Joy Leong, an attorney in Washington, D.C., co-founded WILDS after realizing that there were disproportionately few women in leadership positions in the industry. Ruth Goldway and Joy Leong were recognized in 2012 as TIAW World of Difference award recipients for their efforts to economically empower women.
