At each event, TIAW bestows 100 World of Difference Awards and one Lifetime Achievement Award to extraordinary individuals whose efforts have advanced the economic empowerment of women locally, regionally or worldwide.

These distinguished awards are presented at an awards gala in conjunction with the TIAW Global Awards Forum. 

Whether the TIAW World of Difference 100 Award candidate is working on a small scale in the developing world or making an impact at the top of the world’s biggest businesses, whether the candidate is well known or an unsung heroine or hero, we want to tell the stories of people whose extraordinary achievements are furthering the economic empowerment of women.

In the Fall of 2018 we'll celebrate the 10th anniversary of the TIAW World of Difference 100 Awards. Join us and the hundreds of women and men who make a difference to improve the economic condition of women around the world. Recipients will be announced at the World of Difference Awards dinner in the Spring 2019.
