Erlina is currently Director of Human Resources for the Global Business Division, where she implements strategic HR services for Canada and the UK. Formerly she was a Human Resources Leader for PeopleSoft, a major software company, where she has earned recognition for advancing the importance of Spirit in Business. Erlina who holds an advanced degree in Divinity from the All Faiths International Seminary is an ordained Interfaith Minister. Erlina is an avid student with more than twenty five years of study in the field of human potential. She resides in Toronto, Canada area.
