Linda Schmidt is the founder and President of LC Schmidt Associates LLC, a business consulting and executive coaching company. LC Schmidt AssociatesLLC is the vehicle through which Linda provides her accumulated skills, experience, knowledge and wisdom to help businesses of all sizes and types and their leaders to identify and solve their particular issues; embrace change; enhance their strengths; clarify, plan and execute what they want to accomplish; and inspire them to achieve their full potential.
As preparation for this entrepreneurial venture, Linda has had 30 years of experience working in and leading a wide variety of business operations everything from strategic planning to project management, procurement, manufacturing, sales support, quality control, human resources support, and both acquisition and divestiture of acquisitions in the US and globally. Because of her broad experience in what makes businesses and the people in them work well, Linda has held key management and executive leadership positions in various business operations, including small startup businesses launched by a larger company. She also served one of two major business segments of a Fortune 500 company as a Vice President on the global management team and as Vice President of Continuous Improvement.
Linda has a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Drew University and a Masters in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson Universitys Executive MBA program.
Linda serves on the Board of Directors of The International Alliance of Women as co-Vice President of Membership globally and as Regional Membership Chair for the Americas. She is also an active member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners and the National Association of Corporate Directors.
