Member Biography

Lynn is a British citizen living and working in Montreal, Canada where she has her own coaching and consulting practice. She is married and has three sons.

Professionally, Lynn holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and has over 12 years experience as an organizational development consultant and executive coach. Other qualifications include advanced facilitation, consulting skills, behavioural skills training, structural consulting and psychometric testing.

Her business background is in the Financial Services Industry where she successfully created and ran a large sales division for Lloyds Bank in the UK, becoming their top sales executive in 1995. Today she works internationally with business executives and their teams to help them become outstanding leaders and managers. She has a special interest in women leaders and is the author of the book "Unwritten Rules. What Women Need To Know About Leading In Today's Organizations."
