Cristina Vicini has over 20 years of leadership experience in the corporate sector as well as in the international public sector.

Before founding her own Management Consulting practice, Vicini Consulting, Cristina worked as Global Business Development Manager for Microsoft; Director of Sales for the International Public Sector at Deutsche Telekom's T-Systems and as Strategic Marketing Manager for Siemens Business Services, in Germany.

Today, Cristina has broadened her focus to the Small and Medium Enterprise sector as Advisor to the Managing Boards of high-tech companies in Europe, with a priority to International Business Strategy, Innovation and Governance.

She is Board Member of various companies and associations in Europe and is an accredited non-executive director by GUBERNA, the Association of Board Members in Belgium.

Cristina also serves on the board committee of ecoDa, the European Confederation of Directors’ Association, and on the Advisory Board of Boston University in Brussels.

Since January 2006, Cristina is the President of the Professional Women International Association in Brussels and International Board Member of the European Professional Women Network - both not-for-profit organizations.

Fluent in five languages (English, French, German, Dutch and Italian) Cristina holds a Masters Degree of International Management from Boston University and a Computer Science degree with honours from the University of Brussels (ULB).

Cristina is Italian and married.
