TIAW continues to thrive and spread its influence around the world. In planning future conferences and engaging the most impressive speakers, we have enhanced our image and gained several new members.
One of the most exciting news of note is that we have secured new substantial corporate sponsors for specific international and global conferences and programs. We would like to thank Sarah O’Brien, and Myra McElhenny, co-chairs for the Global Partnership Forum, and our terrific TIAW Executive Director, Maxine Westaway for securing these new sponsors.
We have also expanded our list of individual members, as well as added several new groups to the TIAW roster of networks. The extensive travels of Maxine have produced many new friends and members of TIAW.
The Micro Credit Committee, under the leadership of Patricia Hinnen, continues to grow and thrive. Her ability to be flexible with the wishes of supporters of new Village Banks is commendable. TIAW has been on the forefront of the Village Bank – Microcredit Program for nearly five years, with amazing results to show for the effort and enthusiasm of Patricia and her Committee.
The TIAW Global Partnership Forum in Atlanta, from Thursday, November 9th to Saturday, November 11th, will feature an array of impressive speakers and venues. Please plan to join us there and bring your daughters and granddaughtersfor more on the Daughters Program
