W.I.N. 2002 is the fifth in a series of pioneering conferences addressing international leadership and new initiatives for women working internationally.
The conference brings together thoughtful women from diverse professional backgrounds and nationalities who want to reflect on work and life and to embrace and create change. Conference attendees will be internationally-minded, culturally-aware, ambitious beyond materialism, and proactive about the environment in which they live.
The program presents a dynamic learning opportunity with over three full days of panel discussions, interactive workshops and facilitated networking sessions led by over 40 top speakers. W.I.N. 2002 will focus on the importance of building effective partnerships in today's fast changing environment, together with themes of creative leadership, diversity and sustainable business methods in a positive global setting.
Workshops will empower participants to go back to their workplace with renewed energy, skills, motivation and the courage to lead and implement positive change.
In addition, a full social program plus facilitated network opportunities will allow participants plenty of time to make new contacts and valuable connections. Organized events will include a gala dinner, cocktail party, sight-seeing and wine-tasting. Who will be at W.I.N. 2002? In addition to leaders and premier speakers invited for W.I.N. 2002, the conference attracts international women, managers, professionals and entrepreneurs, as well as an increasing number of progressive and internationally minded men. This conference has always drawn participants and networks from all over the world, to learn, exchange ideas and facilitate the situation of working women through the encouragement of global partnerships.
