TIAW has adopted the OneBox virtual answering service to provide direct assistance to our members and other callers.

Our new toll-free number is 888.712.5200 for all North American callers

Our international local number is +1.202.351.6839

The OneBox attendant answers during the hours of 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday (Eastern Time). If OneBox hears a fax tone, the fax is transcribed to email and sent to the appropriate person. Best of all, callers receive direct connection to TIAW volunteers and board members:
